Luthe Botanical Gardens Wedding | Peoria Riverboat Reception

Dennis & Alicia’s wedding day was everything you would want a Peoria, IL summer wedding to be.  The weather was beautiful.  The bride and groom got ready at  the elegant Peoria Marriott Pere Marquette Hotel.  We did their first look and some of their bridal pictures there as well.

The ceremony took place at the Luthe Botanical Gardens in Peoria, IL.  The water fountain was one of the features of the area along with the rose bushes.  The reception took place on the Spirit of Peoria River Boat, just a few blocks away from the hotel.  The boat stayed at shore for the first couple of hours then cruised on the Illinois River during the sunset hours.  We took the drone up for a few shots of them on the top deck of the boat.

The couple hired a band called “Captain Quirk “for the reception music.  They did a great job!  The groom is also very musical so he played and sang for a while too. The Luthe Botanical Gardens Wedding | Peoria Riverboat Reception was such a fun day for everyone who attended.
